Hollywood Beach is Michelle’s favorite place to marry couples, and it’s easy to see why. Ceremonies here sit along the famous Hollywood Broadwalk — a nearly two-and-a-half-mile oceanfront promenade that Travel + Leisure named one of America’s best beach boardwalks. Michelle’s preferred spot is on the pristine stretch just south of the Broadwalk’s busy core, where the parking is the best on the beach and the setting is, in her words, “picture perfect.” The wide, hard-packed sand gives you room for everything from an intimate elopement to a full ceremony with seated guests.

Weddings here require a permit from the City of Hollywood’s Special Events Division, which reserves your exact spot, date, and time. Permits start around $260; the city adds a $100 expedite fee if your application is submitted within 60 days of the ceremony, so booking early matters. Michelle handles the permit coordination and timing, and the permit cost is included in her quote — no surprise fees.

For the softest light and smaller crowds, we recommend a morning or late-afternoon ceremony, when the Broadwalk is quietest.
