Do you need a permit for a beach wedding in Fort Lauderdale?
Yes — Broward County requires a special events permit for any ceremony with more than 25 guests on public beaches. We handle the permit application as part of every package.
How far in advance should we book a Fort Lauderdale beach wedding?
Peak season (October through April) books 4–6 months out. Summer and off-peak dates are often available within 6–8 weeks.
Are your beach wedding packages all-inclusive?
Yes. Every package includes a licensed officiant, ceremony coordination, setup and breakdown, and assistance with your marriage license paperwork. Photography and florals are add-on options.
Can we get married on a private beach in Fort Lauderdale?
Most Fort Lauderdale beaches are public, but we work with several waterfront venues that offer semi-private ceremony locations. We’ll match you to the right spot for your guest count.
Is a Fort Lauderdale beach wedding legal?
Yes — your ceremony is legally binding. We work exclusively with Florida-licensed officiants who file your marriage certificate with the Broward County Clerk within 10 days of the ceremony.
What time of day is best for a beach wedding in Fort Lauderdale?
Sunset (typically 7–8 PM in summer, 5:30–6:30 PM in winter) is our most-requested time. Early morning sessions avoid heat and crowds. We schedule around golden hour for the best light.
